Cancellation of Services: If you cancel a service or appointment you are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Performance of Services: If we are unable to provide services as agreed upon, you may be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in 5-7 working days.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our administration office. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with our policy.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy.
